A true citrus explosion, the Citrus Suprême formula is the synergy of our citrus essential oils; it combines the freshness of Sweet Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit and Lime to offer a delicate and refreshing fragrance. Ideal for creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The Citrus Supreme essential oil formula is used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms related to mild anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. Add a few drops in a diffuser or in the bath, diluted in a neutral base. It can also be used in massage therapy when diluted in a beauty oil.

Inhalation: Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in an emulsifier or a neutral foaming base and mix. Stay in the bath for 10 minutes, once a day. Massage: Add 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil, apply once a day.
