This oil comes from the lands of the Arcamone estate, one of the family's historical "farms", in organic cultivation since 1990. The cultivar is Coratina, which grew without the aid of chemical substances, thanks to a favorable microclimate and able to naturally support its productive cycle.
The flavor is intense and at the same time balanced, slightly bitter with an intense and persistent spiciness, unique characteristics that have made it a highly demanded and prestigious product.
