It includes the TRX MAPS, a physical performance test that uses functional movements to assess your posture, symmetry, mobility and muscle activation.
The Inbody measures your body composition in detail, including your muscle mass, body fat, hydration level and muscle balance.
Finally, the Fit 3D uses 3D technology to create a complete image of your body, allowing an assessment of your posture, balance and overall physical condition.
