FITBENCH ONE is our highest quality signature workout bench designed for anyone serious about their health and fitness.

With durability and safety at the forefront, the FITBENCH ONE is constructed from heavy gauge cold rolled steel with a molded polyurethane foam top. The bench elevates to eight positions for exercise versatility and doubles as a plyobox. Experience comfort and stability simultaneously.

The ONE features three wheels with 360 degree movement and locking legs giving you the ability to turn any club or home gym into the space you need to get the most out of your workout.

The FITBENCH ONE includes:

• Six premium resistance bands – feature removable handles for stacking FITBANDS with increasing weight up to 45 lbs. The nylon sleeve surrounds the bands making them safe and durable.
• Six sets of dumbbells, rubber hexagon - 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 lbs
• Two Vinyl Dipped Kettlebells - 20lbs & 30lbs
• A 15lb slam ball
• Three wheel bench for easy 360 degree movement and portability
• Locking feet for safe use
• Slow closing piston benchtop that has been injected with polyurethane, molded for comfort and durability
