1st meeting (60 minutes)
For a complete assessment of your physical condition, including TRX MAPS, Inbody and Fit 3D, as well as detailed information through a questionnaire to better understand your goals and conditions.
Thanks to this evaluation, we will be able to adjust the training plan according to the results obtained (body composition, posture, flexibility, injuries, etc.) and personalize your training plan.
2nd meeting (60 minutes)
During the second meeting, your kinesiologist will introduce you the different exercises in your training plan to ensure that you perform them optimally and safely. He can modify the plan according to your preferences and your condition if necessary.
