First meeting (15-20 minutes):
Our first meeting will be devoted to determining your goals and your current physical condition. We will also discuss your medical history and exercise preferences. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know you better and determine the best exercises to help you achieve your goals.
Second meeting (60 minutes):
During our second meeting, we will demonstrate the personalized exercises designed to help you achieve your goals. We'll make sure you understand how to perform them correctly and correct your execution techniques if necessary. Finally, we will practice the exercises together to ensure you perform them safely and effectively.
