Have you ever done a program or an assessment with us? So we already have the necessary information to make a new training plan or make changes to your current plan.
Our 60-minute meeting with a kinesiologist will allow you to have a personalized follow-up, to stay motivated and to adjust the exercises as needed. Once the plan is built, you will have 60 minutes with the kinesiologist who will demonstrate the exercises to you while ensuring that you are doing the movements well, he will modify the plan as needed and according to your preferences and you will also be able to ask all your questions to learn more about good lifestyle habits.
