We offer you a 30 minute session with one of our certified kinesiologists to help you achieve your weight loss goals. During this session, our kinesiologist will work with you to make sure you are performing the movements correctly and to answer any questions you may have. If needed, he or she will also help you tailor your training plan to be personalized to your individual needs and goals.
If you want to completely change your training plan, the 30-minute KIN session is not suitable, we advise you to go here .
Feel free to ask questions and chat with your kinesiologist during the session. We're here to help you reach your health and fitness goals!
