The Son of the Beast is the upgraded spawn of Stroops' original elastic battle rope, The Beast. The PRO kit comes with two ropes with handles at each end and a belt. You can run, jump, slam, and more with Son of the Beast. Twenty foot elastic battle rope! These are sleeved spring elastic bars for exercise.
